Acceptance
By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must cease using our digital trend tools immediately.
Usage Scope
Content is provided for business intelligence and market foresight. Redistribution of raw data sequences without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Authority
Yangtze Digital Trends reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes "active consent" to updated policies.
Intellectual Property & Data Ownership
All intelligence reports, data trends visualizations, and forecast methodologies hosted on YangtzeDigitalTrends.digital are the exclusive property of Yangtze Digital Trends. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the insights for internal strategic planning only.
Users may not reverse-engineer our forecast analytics models or use automated scrapers to extract bulk information from our Trend Lab. Any unauthorized commercial use of our proprietary identifiers will result in immediate termination of access.
User Conduct & Account Security
To access specific digital trends modules, you may be required to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Accounts are for individual or singular corporate entity use. Password sharing or secondary account distribution outside of your subscribed tier is a breach of this agreement and subject to audit.
Limitation of Liability
Predictive analytics are based on historical datasets and probabilistic modeling. Yangtze Digital Trends does not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial returns based on our reports. Our services are provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.
In no event shall Yangtze Digital Trends be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform's forecast data.
Service Implementation Notes
Subscription Terms
Automatic renewals occur on the anniversary of your signup date. Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date via the dashboard or Support.
Privacy Integration
Use of our platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we process and protect your operational data.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the courts of Da Nang.
API Access
Developer access to our trend stream is subject to rate-limiting and security authentication headers defined in our technical documentation.
